BRITISH COLUMBIA PNP – ENTREPRENEUR IMMIGRATION STREAM.

The Entrepreneur Immigration stream of the BC PNP is a path to immigrate to Canada and settle in B.C. for experienced entrepreneurs who can support economic growth in the province. The BC PNP Entrepreneur Immigration stream is for experienced entrepreneurs who are ready to invest and actively manage a business.

ELIGIBLE FOR THIS PROGRAM:

• You must have at least a minimum of CAD$600,000 in personal net worth.

(Which includes cash, assets in bank accounts, fixed (term) deposits, real property, and investments in bonds, stocks and mutual funds, investments in one or more businesses, pensions and other assets).

• Make an eligible personal investment of at least CAD$200,000 in the business.
• Demonstrate business and/or management experience.
• Establish an eligible new business or purchase and improve an existing business.
• Create at least one new full-time job for a Canadian citizen.
• Education or experience as an active business owner-manager with 100 per cent ownership of the business for at least three of the past five years.
• Business Requirements – The proposed business must be operated for the primary purpose of earning profits by providing products and/or services. 

PROCESS FLOW:

1. Online Registration with BC PNP Entrepreneur.
2. Will be invited for highest-scoring registrants to apply to the Entrepreneur Immigration stream.
3. Will be processed for your application with Canadian qualified supplier.
4. Will be processed by Canada Immigration Authority – IRCC(Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada)

FEE STRUCTURE: 

1. Online/Registration Fee: $300 at the time of initial online registration submission to Canada Immigration.
2. Canadian qualified supplier Fee: $4,000 to $5,000 after invitation is received from the online pool for verifying complete documents depends on the size, complexity and quality of the file.
3. Application Process Fee: $3,500 to Canada Immigration Authority – IRCC(Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada)

VISA VALIDITY:

The Visa will be granted for initially 2 years work permit Entrepreneur visa, after you can apply for permanent residence. The BC PNP will accept a maximum of 200 registrations per month.
