● The proposed business shall maintain or generate at least one position for a Canadian citizen or Manitoba permanent resident.

● The business plan is a requirement for the application.

● The minimum net worth of $500,000 is mandatory.

● Business Performance Agreement (BPA): After the MPNP approves your application, you must sign the BPA so that the government will send you a letter endorsing your application for a work permit.
